BGMI 1.5.0 Update: How To Install

Here's how to download the Battlegrounds Mobile India 1.5.0 update on your Android device via the Google Play Store.

Step 1: Open Google Play Store and look out for the BGMI game title or click on this link.

Step 2: Now, hit the Update button. If the Update button is not visible, then you should wait for the BGMI 1.5.0 update to be made available.

Step 3: Once the update is visible, open the game and choose the desired resource pack from the two options - Low spec resource pack and HD resource pack.

Step 4: The selected pack will be downloaded and you can sign in using the preferred method and enjoy playing the updated version of BGMI.

What's new in BGMI 1.5 update 

#1 new weapon

These new weapons will include MG3 LMG (Light Machine Gun) that will come equipped with a scope, two-rate-of-fire modes, the option to choose between 660rpm and 990 .MG3 that uses a 7.62mm magazine with a capacity to hold up to 75 bullets with each reload. 

Other weapons are a new ASM Abakan with 5.56mm ammo and M249 LMG which will be available for free in the game.

#2 vehicle

BGMI players will also get a new G-38 Gravity Free motorcycle that can carry two riders.

#3 new mod

The update will also bring a new gameplay mode called 'Ignition Mode'. The limited mode will be seen in the Erangel map with 6 new high-tech locations. Players will also be able to find the Tesla super factory on the map. Small cities like Pochinki and Rozhok will be witnessed by gamers.

What are the new Ranking Season system changes in BGMI?

As we near the end of the BGMI Season 19, the devs have announced that from Season 20 onwards, three consecutive seasons will be grouped as 1 Cycle. The naming scheme has also undergone changes and will now be known as C1S1 (Cycle 1 Season 1), C1S2 (Cycle 1 Season 2), C1S3 (Cycle 1 Season 3), C2S1 (Cycle 2 Season 1), so on and so forth.

What are the Royal Pass Season changes in BGMI?

From Royal Pass Season 20, Battlegrounds Mobile India will run each Season monthly. Until now, the Royal Pass had a validity of two months but after the new changes come into effect, Royal Pass will have a validity of one month. This means that we will see new Royal Pass content every month starting from Season 20. The Royal Pass ranking naming scheme has also been revamped and will now be known as M1, M2 and more as opposed to S1, S2.

For users, this means that they will need to purchase Royal Pass every new season. Additionally, whenever a season ends, the Royal Pass level and RP will be reset.

When does C1S1 in BGMI begin?

The first Cycle, Season 1 and Royal Pass M1 will start on Wednesday, July 14 at 7:30 PM IST. The Ranking and Royal Pass Season 19 ends on July 14 at 5:49:59 AM.

What are the rewards for C1S1 Royal Pass in BGMI?

Krafton has not yet officially confirmed the seasonal rewards for the C1S1 Royale Pass. So players will have to wait a bit in order to get more information.
